Issues:
Central Yavapai -Currently the City of Prescott and the Town of Prescott Valley are reluctant to commit matching funds to garner available federal dollars to support transit.
Chino Valley - none identified.
Verde Valley - funding cuts are taking place at various government levels which will impact service.
Outcomes:
Central Yavapai -The current agenda of ACT is to push for the implementation of the transit plan for the central Yavapai region. (See CYMPO Plan ) The plan involves hiring a transit administrator, developing a call center, and developing a fixed bus route system between Prescott and Prescott Valley.
Chino Valley - provides regular van service between Chino Valley and Prescott and Prescott Valley.
Verde Valley - provides service to Camp Verde
